Our lab brings together a team of scientists conducting theoretical and experimental research. These investigations involve mapping out cognitive and behavioral activities, as well as developing techniques and methods for increasing productivity, optimizing learning, and managing focus and attention. We then develop solutions, products and services that include increasingly effective methodologies, tools and technologies for managing and qualifying people.
Our world is facing an imminent crisis, both demographically and economically. We are experiencing a decline in population growth, a rapid aging process, and an economic deceleration. In Brazil, we have also missed the momentum of the demographic bonus to achieve the necessary development. Dealing with this reality demands an increasingly qualified economically active population, as well as better ways to manage these individuals. However, current methods and technological resources are not enough to achieve these goals. Companies and their managers seem unable to find solutions that meet their needs efficiently. As the existing possibilities have proven inadequate and insufficient, we’ve taken on the purpose of using scientific research in neuroscience to develop new technologies that truly improve the qualification process, productivity levels, and the management of people in an effective manner.
